Iphone Firmware 3.1.3 Jailbreak Blackra1n

iPhone 3gs 3.1.3?? (Apple sucks, again)?

I just kinda screwed up with winscp and deleted my iPhone’s important system files and I had to format and restore my firmware so now I have firmware 3.1.3 instead of 3.1.2 which I used to have. So my question is: how can I jailbreak FW 3.1.3?? I’ve heard of sn0wbreeze but I apparently can’t use it because I have the newer bootrom version in my phone. Jailbreaking worked fine with blackra1n (tethered) when I had 3.1.2 but it cannot be used with 3.1.3 (yet?). Is there ANY way that I could jailbreak my phone again?? Seriously, I don’t have any use for a non-jailbreaked iPhone.
…and no, I didn’t do the shsh thingy in cydia because I was too lazy to even think about that =(.

Unless you saved your SHSH to the Cydia server prior to the release of 3.1.3, you cannot downgrade to 3.1.2 and you cannot jailbreak. Don’t count on this situation changing much before OS 4.0 is jailbroken. Very few people are working on 3.1.3.

As far as Apple sucking, all’s fair in war and business. Allowing jailbreaking is not in Apple’s best interest in their view. They took steps and will again in the future. By not publishing a jailbreak solution for 3.1.3, the developers deny Apple data. Again, all’s fair.
