Unlock 3.2.1 iPhone 3G firmware switch?

I recently got an iPhone 3G and I accidentally updated the firmware 3.2.1 from iTunes now is locked again. I read my SIM card, or even work as an iPod only shows me the emergency call screen. I'm not an AT & T SIM I have only one T-Mobile card. Can anyone tell me what to do or what I'm downloading. Thanks in advance.
