If I connect my iphone to another computer with iTunes to delete it?

I want to keep all my apps and music and pictures with other team for now on iTunes. iTunes has no music on it. Do I somehow use a flash drive or disk to transfer music or be visible in iTunes? I do not want nothing to be deleted. thankkkks:)
