Lack of volume control on the taskbar at the bottom right of the screen? Windows Vista. help me get Butto?

Hope you can help. I had the toolbar at the bottom right of the screen when I downloaded something and disappeared. I do not know whether this is due to downloading or not, but I can not receive volume control button up or down. Where's past? I downloaded the programs are Adobe Flash Player plug-in 10 -, Java (TM) 6 Update 15 and the iPhone Configuration Utility. Hopefully button volume slider disappear. Do not even know what this is for download, but please help me find the button missing volume.

Right click on the taskbar, select Properties, select the tab "Notification Area", one then select "Volume" and press OK
