How not to pay a cancellation fee of Sprint?

Really want to go to AT & T for the new iPhone, but still I have a year more with the sprint and the cancellation fee is $ 200! I hate them, they suck so much, I get dropped calls all the time, when my friends send me Messages hours later. So there is no way to stop paying the cancellation fee, I heard AT & T may have to pay for me if I go to them, is this true?

I doubt it.
