What is the new iPhone 4G out?

I heard on some forums that are supposed to be ready by the end of the pack in April 2010. and will ready for purchase in June 2010. I want to get rid of my Blackberry Bold 9700 and let me know if I should wait for the iPhone 4G new or just get something else.

Latest Rumors say that Apple will break tradition this year and production along the WWDC, which is scheduled for June 11
