applications for the iPhone, GPS with voice over?

Does anyone know if there is an application for the iPhone when the instructions of the GPS data is a voice? like TomTom or Garmin? My husband owns a BlackBerry with GPS function when a live voice He is interested in the transition to the iPhone but I love this GPS a lot, anyone know? I tried to look in the iTunes Store, but I have not found yet

Currently, Apple has banned manufacturers application to do that. So it's not smooth yet. But who knows what they will do in the future.
