questions before buying the iPhone?

just need to clarify some issues before making a decision to buy an iPhone. "I can assign different shades and photo ID to callers differently? (There may be a deal breaker or not) can upload music for free iPhone downloads i and CD. Should I go through iTunes to install applications and music? (It may be Deal Breaker if yes) Are there many applications available? "I can get free streaming video and radio? XM is available? "I can install" surprise "? (Free App NAV GPS provides satellite and hybrid view 3D view with voice directions as well)

You can assign images / pictures and different ringtones for each contact. You can load music from your iPhone CD booted, but you have to do with iTunes on your computer. Did not use iTunes to install applications. You can download these from the cellular network. Apps may require WiFi. There are tons of free applications. Most of my apps are free. The video stream is limited to less than "SlingPlayer" or "Orb". YouTube has and Joost. NBC.com videos also work. There are a few free internet radio, including applications for Pandora's iPhone. XM or Sirius N as I know yet. I do not see "Surprise" in the App Store. Turn GPS is a rumor that comes in handy. Good luck.
