Unlocked 3G iPhone 3.1.3 update help?

I have an unlocked iphone 3G running on T-Mobile, I'm currently running firmware 05/11/2007 3.1.2 and baseband. I'm looking to upgrade to 3.1.3, but keep my unlock and jailbreak. What is the best way to do it? I would say I am quite familiar with this kind of "piracy", but the wide range of sn0ws, ra1ns NMP and confused me. I advise you not to do as if you use the new 3.1.3 hack who does not mind carrying a stick with 3.1.2 unlock and flash is nice and easy and blackra1n should work for you. -0
