Questions about the iPhone 4G/HD?

How does a proposal cost say that the 16 GB, Pay As You Go? At first it was sold at the Apple store or when it is released for sale to Tesco that Carphone Warehouse sharing? Currently I have the original iPhone, which is like a swap to reduce or something?

Apple did not release the name or the fact that there is a 4G iPhone. I suppose at the same time as the states United would not surprise me if he was 8, 16, 32, 64.
