IPhone Application Sync tab is not mentioned in my itunes then sync?

Free applications I downloaded from iTunes. When I tried to connect my iPhone to my laptop (Dell Inspiron 1525) on the Synchronization tab can not be verified. None of these applications can be marked or not. I done before, but can not. Is there an Apple phone line I can contact them by phone or email?

The best thing you can do to see if you can solve your problem is to reboot your laptop or uninstall and reinstall iTunes. I hope that order, in the best of luck friend
