IPod 3G: Looking for specific accessory is compatible with the iPhone 3G?

I'm looking for something with cigarette lighter gooseneck vent or owner an air operator who can charge as an FM transmitter for music, and free to use your hands with the iPhone 3G news. Suggestions? Something in a retail store would preferable, but the online sites are also welcome. In addition, two different pieces that habit might interfere too much work. Thanks
