Iphone Home Button Not Working
2010

Where I can get an iPhone insurance?
I bought my iPhone more than a month ago, but I gave up and the screen breaks, do not responsible, and the Home button does not work. Is there any way to get insurance without having to prove that the phone then probably two weeks later, submit a request for repair or replacement? Where? I suppose you could make the insurance company giving my (broken) iPhone insurance, without knowing what's already broken. What do you think? I found two companies that www.squaretrade.com and www.toughcell.com.
Unfortunately, Apple does not offer type of insurance for the iPhone. Apple offers something called Apple Care, which covers manufacturing defects, but something like a broken screen would be considered an injury physics. If you need to send a physically damaged Apple's iPhone for repair will be billed for the price of a new iPhone.

If purchased with AMEX, you can make a claim under their purchase protection program. I cracked my screen, which is not covered by AppleCare, and AMEX processed my claim for the full value paid, credited my account day after I processed the claim. I didn’t have to submit a receipt or the phone.
