iphone stuck in recovery mode help !!!!!!!!!!?

for some reason my iPhone will not go into recovery mode I did everything as through iTunes, ziphone iBrick and still nothing. I even had the house and hold the power button and still in recovery mode. Even the right in recovery mode, without the USB cable plugged in when using said if iBrick Please Sign the iPhone, when the use ziphone I am still looking, when I use the itunes I get an error message could not be restored iPhone. An unknown error occurred (20) whether there is anything else I can try please help me !!!!!! there is a lot of mistakes at the moment, mine is not working. wait until later when they solve problems iTunes or until cleared.
