What is the best Backflip Motorola or Apple iPhone?

My wife and I are searching for a new phone. We missed going to the iPhone but not is no guarantee that we are skeptical. We examined the Motorola Backflip and now can not choose would be better. Suggestions?

Backflip, the iPhone sucks and is too expensive. More AT & T is terrible, if you really want an iPhone and wait until you can get to another network.
