Some problems of the 3G iPhone!?

I have plans to buy an iPhone because of all charges 3rd party applications, but I need to escape. So my questions are: 1.The jailbreaking an iPhone voids the warranty? 2.Will restore the iPhone through iTunes completely reverse the effects, as if there were nothing happened? 3.When I can send my iphone for repair, Apple or the operator can know that my iphone has never been jailbroken?
