Jailbreaking iPod touch help!?

Attempted escape from my iPod Touch 8G … I think the second generation (non-academic but speakers) but I can be wrong. It has the latest update to iTunes too. Attempted escape and download blackra1n i do … (I'm on a MacBook Pro if it's something) I opened blackra1n and gave me a button that says "do ra1n" that I touch. This is what happens: the [Notwithstanding press [ra1n] to enter the recovery …] [IPod screen goes Black], and then iTunes says "iTunes has detected an iPod in recovery mode. You must restore this iPod before it can be used with iTunes" while blackra1n said: "Enjoy your jailbroken iPhone. his jailbreak is done once the computer is restarted." The screen goes black, so long … I got scared and pulled the upper and middle button until it restarts and has not been blackra1n ON … what I do something wrong? Please help me!

ok started the same problem with mine! I have no genius but a lot of advice that's what I did and it worked .. you have nothing wrong with blackra1n, sometimes it takes a couple of times at work. I would like to try some more time to do exactly what I did before … It took 3 times to me … So what happens after that restart DONE pending or that or wait a while and then restart ur iPod should blackra1n there.
