How do I jailbreak my iphone with blackra1n?

I have version 3.1.3 and blackra1n installed but when I updated my firmware void Blackra1n and now can not download on my iPod touch.Any ideas? Thank you.

Currently, OS 3.1.3 is unjailbreakable. 3.1.2 jailbreak. I am sure that the iPhone Dev Team recant. Just wait.
