My jailbroken 3.1.3 iPhone 3G custom boot 12/05/2001 up?

Hello, This is my parents iphone downloads, and many many applications and want to open and said, "Can not open yet, but you have downloaded from Cydia blackra1n and since then I can not start until after the Apple logo. I just want to go and jailbreak again, but have downloaded about 2 / 3 GB and also do not want to lose? Any suggestions or methods? Thanks in advance
