Can the iPhone 3G or BlackBerry Storm will be used as a modem thethered?

im not sure what the phone to find so much pride rhythm, but I really like the jailbroken iPhones for many applications and things to do, etc. The BlackBerry Storm is nice, I mean most is that it can be used as thethered modem. So what I really wanted to know which phone is allowed to be an integrated modem, especially if the built-in modem can be connected Xbox 360 to Internet and anything else I should phone

I do not know the storm, but I know the iPhone can not be used as a modem
