Is it possible to get free calls on an iPhone 2G id Unlocked and jailbroken with Rogers?

I have a 2G iphone jailbroken and unlocked on Rogers and I wondering if there is a way to get free caller ID with my plan, not get free.

I do not think? Caller ID is $ 7 per month. If you've been a loyal Rogers customer for years, may be able to call customer service to see if they can give free, but I doubt it.
