How I can put my applications on my java game sciphone sqare bit on my home screen (like applications on the iPhone)?

since, iPhones, when u download an application for the iPhone, this is a very small place, how can u at sciphone, all I can do for clients is now download java games, and there on a short list in the list of java – Helppi installed?? or impossible
