Quicktime Player does not work?

Im on a mac and I'm trying to watch the WWDC keynote mac iphone April 2010 on the site. I click on the link and everything appears in a QuickTime window, but does not play and not an image? I tried to update QuickTime to ensure it was in progress. Can anyone help please?
