I lost my internet connection when my new iPhone was "activating "….. currently no service! Help!?

I setting up my new iPhone this morning …. downloaded in iTunes, went through all the steps until it says "activating the phone, this can take up to three minutes. "Then I lost my Internet connection! Brought my phone to another place where there is a strong relationship and nothing happens and I can not revive again in steps. Help? Should I go to AT & T in the morning?

Sometimes you need to restart the phone to turn off and on again.
