iPhone Problems in standby?

I just got an iPhone 3G two days and do not let it fall or do something to get there. Screen White stands up when I block or make a phone call I tried to reboot and reconfigure the settings, I also tried to erase all applications and even leave the night off, but still occurs. i do not guarantee Apple is something he can do? or ATT? – Thanks

My 3G Nite order made after the battery toward down to about 22%. Others mentioned that a hard reset worked for them, but not mine. I had to put it into recovery mode and restore through iTunes. Now seems to be back to normal. Search online, there are plenty of tutorials, if you do not know how. In addition, Apple stores honor year warranty a factory, even if you are not the original owner! I bought one used off of craigslist that was once wrong port SIM map. Were replaced on the stage and even recorded it for me! Check the serial number on Apple's site to see if it's always covered.
