Will we ever see a new version for OS X?

We Mac users have been very grateful when you released beta 1 OS X last year. This enthusiasm has now turned into exasperation. I am amazed that a society as rich and as big as Yahoo just hired two Mac developers of this project. One of the developers, Tristan O'Tierney, recently quit in frustration. Apple has made a tremendous comeback and took a bit of estimates is around 15% computer market at home, after subtracting PC business. With the iPhone, the new iPod and the release of OS X in May this trend continue. Yahoo is enough. "You have the money, go out and spend money to hire enough developers to restart the stalled OS X messenger. And if by some miracle, be heard, do not give us a version with half the features. We want to share photos, voice, VoIP, real video, and all other gifts available in the long version Windows. An update to let us know what is happening would be appreciated. Will we ever see the beta 2 or final version?
