IPhone 3G O2 MMS issues?

Since I upgraded to 4.0.1 IOS I can not send picture messages on my iPhone 3G from O2. I txt MMS to 1010 and received no any help. I also think the O2 website, but found that the configuration does not work yet. I'm under contract and find O2 customer support useless. Thanks beforehand

Hello, I have had the same problem when I upgraded to IOS4. Basically, you need to reset the phone and not restore from a backup. When I rang Apple did connect my iPhone to iTunes 4, right-click the device name and click "Transfer Purchases" to ensure that everything bought was sent to iTunes. It then tells you to click to restore completely erases the handset. Basically the problem occurs when your phone runs MMS IOS4 is restored from backup if necessary configure it as a new phone.
