iPhone keeps crashing?

I'm making an application for the iPhone and of course I have not yet purchased the license, but I have all the tools software .. I used to be able to build applications that work on my ipod touch, if only the iPhone simulator capacity. When I open the application on the iPod screen shows load and crashes immediately .. I know for sure that no resource file code .. How I can do with Xcode? or a way around this? My jailbroken iPod
