iPhone 3.1.3 software to recharge! Is it possible?

I updated my iPhone 3G in April more than bones and horrible .. no way to get more to 3.1.3? other wise im not required to have a phone that I can not even open the phone to her slowly. please help!

I have a 3G and iOS4 not everything has been slower than 3.1.3. Have you tried restarting and resetting the phone? If you really feel the need to lower, you can download previous versions here: http://www.iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=750
