IPAD launch in the UK and the iPhone OS 4.0?

If IPAD is launched in the UK again, how I've been sold on Tottenham Court Road, London? Where is the iPhone OS 4.0 (4G iPhone no, but the operating system) must be released for download? or an official date has not yet been established. Not I can wait to upgrade my operating system and enjoy 3G multitasking, background images and folders it! anyone excited about the new operating system?
