Transferring contacts from the phone – iphone?

I have a new iPhone and want to transfer my contacts from my old Nokia 6600 Slide. Contacts SIM card in the iPhone, but not see them. My phone provider says on its website to transfer contacts Outlook or Outlook Express, but I'm in Windows 7 (Edition Home Office) and not have these programs. I have no Nokia PC Suite is installed on this computer as my desk was old and dead. I tried to download the contacts to the O2 Bluebook, but that does not work! Another way around this? I did, thank you for resolving the issue of a new one here. Simply transfer the old phone contacts in the SIM card, put the SIM in the iPhone, go to Settings, then select "Copy to SIM card contacts. And it's done!

Do you have a data plan SIM card to use with your Nokia phone. If so, then you can download all your contacts from Google, then download to your iPhone. Instructions described in http://www.google.com/mobile/sync/
