iPhone restore problems, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP!?

So I recently wanted to download the application for I'm pain-T iPhone. He said he needed the latest iPhone software is 3.1.3. Download over, and he says he has to restore the iPhone, because it is damaged (the iPhone prison is certainly not work.) I had this problem on my iphone months ago. An infected person by your SIM card. Do not worry, you can always buy a new SIM card and rule the problem. Take ur SIM map, restore, use the new SIM card. If the problem then restore presists w / o SIM card, and take it to apple and ask them why ur sim support measures are not taken;)
