Iphone Programming On Windows 7

Bonjour is disabled. Reinstalling iTunes does not?
I 7-bit Windows Home Premium 32. ITunes has Hello tell me that was disabled and I have to restart, so I can not sync my iPhone. This is not my iPhone because it can be synchronized with other computers running iTunes. So when you go to the tab Services to restart said that he had initiated and function. So I tried reinstalling iTunes hundreds of times and I get the same message. I've tried different programs used to repair windows (for example, Fix-It Utilities Manager and Windows 7), not e of them have nothing. In fact I'm going to an Apple store (which had a current MacBook application both Windows XP and Apple's software) and could not help me. I have not a restore point that goes back to a time before I had this problem. I have some ideas of what do! iTunes worked fine with Windows 7 on my laptop before and I want to run again
I'm not sure how to install hi, but I think that can be part of the installation of iTunes. You go to the Windows menu (Start menu), then Control Panel, Programs and Applications. Here you can view a list of installed programs, I suggest Hello and remove iTunes from there. Then reinstall iTunes. This probably will erase everything in iTunes so that you may need to export its first library, if that is the case.
