WiFi touch screen phone work better for AT & T?

What is the best phone with touch screen function AT & T WiFi (or any unlocked quad band) next to the Apple iPhone? I imagine that the touch screen could match the iPhone's touch sensitivity. asked what would be the closest.

If you know nothing can match the iPhone, why not get the best. 1-10 all places are taken by the iPhone. You give it to No.11 Black Berry Storm 2, but at Verizon. Pre Palm No.12 all other phones are just ordinary ones.BB, Apple and Palm are the three best PDA / phone HTC Motorola Nokia phones are good in semi intelligent (loaded with features, but the lack of performance) from Samsung, LG, just good.
