IPhone stop working with Kenwood dnx5140?

My iphone worked with my Kenwood navigation system video playback 5140, I bought adapter cable, but after installing my amp and now no sound or video plays on screen. This shows that the song, but nothing happens. It worked to perfection before any help?

may have disconnected the Kenwood Audio Video plugs and because the use of audio connector, video out and USB. USB is probably still hanging Yur thats able to see two songs and all other good things.
