How many assessments are needed iPhone application before Apple displayed in the Information section of the application?

My company recently launched an iPhone application. It has been almost a week since its launch and some of our business relationships have been evaluated and reviewed the application. The application always says no notes or comments, but clicking on the button, two comments appear with their star ratings. Why are saying notes that iTunes search when there is comments that appear after clicking the button? Is there a delay before these assessments and reviews, recognized or must be more notes and comments? If so, how? Thanks in advance!
