I need help to remove a program on my iMac?

Good morning. I have a big problem and I'm having a lot of time removing a program from my iMac which recently came into my hands. The program is Xilisoft iPhone Ringtone Maker for Mac and me crazy as I tried to remove the program from the traditional way has been dragging into the trash and empty. I tried to reinstall and I get an error message indicating that the program is already on your computer. It's driving me mad and even I tried to go as far that the iMac version of System Restore, but I canceled for fear that I would lose everything I am as happy as it is. I deleted the program of my applications, I tried to delete the entire contents of the program to plist or something and I tried many places to find answers, and I'm at my wits end. If anyone can help me with my situation, I would be very appreciated. Thanks to hear.
