How I can get the iPhone SDK free download comes with Xcode?

Currently I have the latest version of Xcode. When I have my macbook pro, I installed the Xcode CD-ROM that accompanies it. The iPhone SDK download file is too much for me to download (2.5 GB). Is there a way for me to download Without Xcode iPhone SDK, then for me to install on my current Xcode. Thanks
