I wonder if there are simulators for Symbian Mobile?

I am looking for the Symbian mobile simulators (like the iPhone has an iPhone Simulator) Windows or Mac, they prefer the Mac platform to be more specific, Im looking for Nokia N900 simulators

Simulator itself is pretty useless, but if you are developing in Symbian application, search the SDK for the target devices.
