Jailbreak iPhone 3G spirit help!?

This is the jailbreak new spirit. I saved up my files in iTunes before launching mind then ran the flight. I ended up on the screen to connect to iTunes on my phone and I have to restore. Resetting your phone to keep all your files? I have attached a jailbreak and I do not want to lose something after the jailbreak. Right now, I am stuck at connect to iTunes screen (I have in mind for run the jailbreak). I have no copy of my custom firmware I downloaded from a website (I was running 3.1.2. In my iPhone 3G). Is there a way for me to "Restore" without deleting all?

simply update the firmware 3.1.3 (and then run the jailbreak mind) use their own quick 2.2.1 (search online and download)
