How I can get iPhone themes in Winterboard?

I encountered problems online, but not in Cydia. How I can download themes from sites like appleiphoneschool.com / or themes in Winterboard mbtheme.com. please help.

You can install themes on your iPhone via SSH, but is a bit difficult. Topics should be available in Cydia [in the categories of "Themes (Springboard)" or "system issues, etc. ..]. If they are not there, then you not have basic supplies.
