How do I apply download / themes installed on my iPhone

Was unloading items from the setup application, but inevitably view. Theyre not in my setup, Safari is empty, there is simply no place to seen to set the "subject." Can NE1 help?

It is necessary to heavily customize the installed application. You can even download and install themes to customize your application, which is also found in Installer.app. Good luck!
