Why does not my keyboard when I downloaded from Cydia?

When I download a theme for my iPhone keyboard and is said (item Winterboard, something like that) after taking the keyboard Winterboard then my keyboard is still the same boring keyboard. I really do not know what I'm doing wrong and someone can tell me what I get it to work ??????
