How I can send outgoing mail (SMTP) e-mail with Outlook?

I tried all ports and SSL options contained in the e-mail Yahoo troubleshooting guide (25, 465 and 587) for my SMTP port and still can not get Outlook to send mail through my Yahoo account. Works well with incoming messages … Ideas?
