Blackra1n IPhone 3G problems? New version 3.1.3?

I have an iPhone 3G and I blackra1n on my phone for about a month and I have Cydia and Installous Applications for free and I had to get Rock Tracks and all other good things. I just upgraded my phone to the new version 3.1.3 and I can not get a job backra1n. I did as you hold the home button and sleep button until the Apple icon, then release the sleep button is not operational yet.
