if the new updated iPod touch that I will be able to get applications that say "No need compatible iPhone 3.0 update?

Am so angry when I try to get an application and says it only works in the iPhone 3.0 update. the problem is solved if I buy the touch update iPod?

Depends. The update will make the iPod touch to version 3.0. But not all the features found in the update is made iPod. For example, you will not have Bluetooth if you have a first generation iPod touch. But if applications wish to apply for version 3.0, the update is how to get it.
