How I can upload videos to my iphone without using the USB cable?

If I have a video file on my Mac is here any way to transfer that file wirelessly to my iphone so you can watch? I have a laptop and I often feel like a fast transfer of video files before leaving the house and do not want the cable and go through a full sync.

What about all the lame responses Standard apply to all ur question? Now there is no way to do it. An idea quickly download YouTube and watch them on your iPhone later. Apps torque to move the files (but not necessarily view them on iPhone UR). Then can move videos to a computer monitor. Hope this helps!
