iPhone 4 release date (AT & T)?

I tried to Google the iPhone launch date in April. Samsung and I feel desperately need a phone! My update is available June 21 and was intended to make the iPhone 3G. But now, with all this talk about the iPhone in April, do not buy 3G if the 3G 4 soon and will be old news in a week of purchase. Dates fell in April for the iPhone on June 24, all the way Christmas 2010/early 2011. I'm willing to wait until July, but not before Christmas, my impression given in the bed more and more each time I use! So someone could give me some details about the release date is? I am a bit disappointed between doing 3GS June 21 and on the other hand, expect a little more than a better iPhone maybe four! And do not ask me the launch date of iPhone Verizon.
