Where is my video application on my iPhone. I never noticed, but there is a video application.?

I do not want taking videos. I mean like watching videos on the iPod Touch. I never noticed if there was one. I unjailbroke my iPhone 3G and when I left my boss Preferences (obviously) but I want to know if hidden applications in the case of preferences of the head of cancellation thereof.
