I forgot my voicemail password iPhone .. HELP !!!!!?

And I have a new iPhone and asks me to type the previous password for voice mail, and I can not reset the password because I have to write in the old to modify the new. How I can reset or something? And I do not want to delete all my data on my phone. Pelase HELP! Thanks!
